12" x 16" 3D Collage Styles:

The "Original" 3D Comic Collage

These type of collages feature one cover with the cover detached and mounted on a board with the body of the same comic used to create the collage around it. These comics are often well read and abused from years of enjoyment and are granted a new "life" of viewing enjoyment! These collages show a full cover, untouched but still allows for a fun surrounding collage around the feature. These collages come in a 12" x 16" frame.

The "Legacy" 3D Comic Collage

These type of collages feature a full, complete issue of the comic encased in a 2 mil Mylar bag mounted on stiff board. A second book that is well read and abused from years of enjoyment or maybe a reprint of a well known comic you'd like to enshrine in the piece can be used for the surrounding collage. These collages work well to showcase specific pieces from a collection that you wouldn't want to "chop." These collages come in a 12" x 16" frame.

The "3D Cover Pop" Collage

These type of collages feature a cover that is presented in a 3D manner, "popping" out from the page. Created after making 3D Cover Pop Collages (as seen below), these collages often are made from worn out, well read and abused from years of enjoyment. Not every cover can translate well to this type of collage, but for those that do... it's amazing!... plus, a great feature of some of the story from inside the comic surrounds the cover. These collages come in a 12" x 16" frame.

3D Cover Pop

3D Cover Pops feature classic Comic Book Covers presented in a 3D "Pop Out" style, giving depth to often 2D artistic imagery. These collages are 8" x 10" and are great for wall or shelf display and feature a single cover.

3D Comic Ads including 3D Hostess Ads

These pieces as dimension to the classic comic ads we have grown to love as comic fans including the famous Hostess Ads of the late 70's! These are 8" x 10" in size and are great for wall or shelf display..

Codakhrome Kaleidoscope

A "mash-up" of multiple comic book covers presented together to give it a new look. These pieces are truly one of a kind as they never have the same covers used twice! These are 8" x 10" in size and are great for wall or shelf display..

3D Comic Cube - 9"x9"

3D Comic Cubes feature classic Comic Book Covers presented in a 3D "Pop Out" style, giving depth to often 2D artistic imagery. These collages are 9"x9" and are deeper than our 3D Cover Pop style collages. They are great for wall or shelf display and feature a single cover.

Mighty Minis - 5"x7"

Tiny but Mighty, these 5" x 7" collages feature small scenes, classic ads or anything else fun that Dr. Chopper comes across and pieces together. These are "fun size" and perfect for a desk or shelf or maybe an accent piece to show off your love for a certain comic or character! .

Giant-Sized 3D Comic Collage - 16"x20"

These type of collages are more of a bigger sandbox to play in. They allow for more interior art/ story to be featured within the piece. They can be in "Original", "Legacy" or "Cover Pop" style... or a mix of the three! These collages work well to showcase multiple books/ covers or maybe a bigger character theme. These collages come in a 16" x 20" frame.

Treasury Edition 3D Comic Collage - 20"x20"

The Ultimate crowning type of 3D Comic Collage, these type of collages are an even more of a bigger sandbox to play in. In a frame that could easily house a Treasury Edition Comic Magazine from the 70's, this collage can be in "Original", "Legacy" or "Cover Pop" style... or a mix of the three! They allow for more more comics to be featured, which works well for signed pieces or an arcing cover theme. These collages come in a 21" x 21" frame.
